Good things take time. All orders from our Nomads Dog range are lovingly handcrafted in Australia and will be made and in the post within 7 business days. Actual shipping times will vary depending on the Australia Post network.

what are your shipping costs?

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for postage within Australia. This includes tracking for your parcel. You will receive an email after you have placed an order with the day your order will ship.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer international shipping.

are your collars machine washable?

Yes! You will receive washing instructions with your purchase.
